ClinicFlowAI ("we", "us") is an African HealthTech company building AI-powered workflow intelligence for hospitals. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and pilot program.
When you join our waitlist, request a pilot, or book a meeting, we collect the details you submit: name, professional role, hospital or organization, email, phone, country, hospital size and any notes you provide.
We use this information solely to respond to your request, coordinate pilot conversations, and send product updates related to ClinicFlowAI. We do not sell your data.
Data is stored in an access-controlled cloud database with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized ClinicFlowAI personnel. We follow privacy-by-design principles aligned with HIPAA and applicable local regulations.
